Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide.

Rates. Standard (Australia) A$11.00. Express (Australia) A$15.00. Shipping is charged on every order. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Dispatch. You will get tracking by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery estimates. Delivery times are carrier estimates and start once your order is dispatched. They are not guaranteed, and can run longer during peak periods or to regional and remote areas.

Incorrect addresses. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is dispatched. Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once the reshipping cost is covered.

International. We currently ship within Australia only.

Damaged or missing parcels. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email hello@sundaycarry.shop and we will sort it out.
